

Boatwright is a member of the National Restaurant Association’s Fast Casual Industry Council providing insight and expertise to the collaborative forum. Most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations, where he was responsible for the performance of over 1,700 Arby’s restaurants in numerous states. Boatwright spent 18 years with Arby’s Restaurant Group in various leadership positions. Boatwright was named Nation’s Restaurant News ‘Operations CREATOR of the Year’ in 2021 as well as to Fast Casual’s ‘2020 Top 25 Executive’ list. Recognized for his industry contributions, Mr. Boatwright drove the integration of new technology into restaurants, yielding impressive results and improvements across throughput and the overall guest experience. Joining the organization in May 2017, Mr. Scott Boatwright is the Chief Restaurant Officer at Chipotle, responsible for overseeing operations for 3,000+ company-owned restaurants with more than 100,000 employees. Garner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University. Garner was responsible for leading the development and deployment of technology for Wendy’s international division as well as the technology that supported Tim Hortons initial expansion into the U.S. He led the brand’s global technology and engineering services and was responsible for creating and building the Starbucks app, loyalty program, website, and mobile payment. Garner worked at Starbucks Corporation for 17 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Garner was named to the CIO Hall of Fame.

Garner’s leadership has secured global recognition for Chipotle’s platforms including the award-winning Chipotle app and the brand’s loyalty program, Chipotle Rewards. Garner joined Chipotle in November 2015 and has been instrumental in developing Chipotle’s digital platform and the integration of technology across the organization as well as ensuring data security. Niccol holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.Ĭurt Garner is the Chief Technology Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Brands, including General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. Niccol was Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer and President. Niccol served as Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell, a division of Yum! Brands. Niccol has been placed on notable lists including Fortune’s ‘Businessperson of the Year’, Bloomberg’s ‘People who Defined 2019’ (The Bloomberg 50), Barron’s Top CEOs, Comparably’s ‘Best CEO’s and Best CEOs for Women and Diversity, as well as named ‘Leader of the Year’ by Restaurant Business magazine, Nation’s Restaurant News’ The Power List, and a ‘Distinguished Alumni’ by University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
